Once you've created an account, work through this checklist to get your academy ready for students.

1. **Set your profile picture.** Students and teammates see this next to your name on courses, the forum, and anywhere else you show up in the app.
2. **Set your organization details.** Your organization name and logo appear across your academy, on invite emails, and on the landing page. See [Customize Your Organization](/organization-and-team/customize-organization).
3. **Customize your organization landing page.** This is the public homepage prospects see before they sign in, so it's worth setting up before you invite anyone. See [Customize Your Academy Landing Page](/publish-and-brand/org-landing-page).
4. **Create your first course.** Courses are where lessons, exercises, and students actually live. See [Create Your First Course](/get-started/create-first-course).
5. **Share your course with students.** Send email invites or let students self-enroll from your landing page, depending on how open you want the course to be. See [Invite Students](/manage-students/invite-students).
